Greetings! I am Yolanda but family and friends call me, Trice (middle name is Latrice). I am a department chair of Computer Science and I live in Columbia, SC. I was introduced to Adiva at a competition that my cousin/brother Justin was competing in VA, who is a client of Coach Eric. I do kickboxing 4 days a week at RockBox, but I saw where my body responded very well to the strength challenges we would do. Thus, when I began following Adiva and saw where she offered monthly workouts to be done in a gym, I jumped on board!
