This is a program that includes 3 days of Leg and glute training. The program includes 2 days of upper body for balance, so it can be considered full body! The participating client can gain muscle for growth or, build/ shape muscle and burn body fat depending on your body goals. What's included: - exercise library - 3 lower body days, 2 upper body days - ideal rep sets for body goals - exercise library - cardio for those losing body fat - workouts update monthly Need accountability and meal guidance - add on macro's and accountability from pricing plans. This will ensure you eat enough, track food, check-in with me with photos weekly/bi-weekly to ensure your food is working. - overall accountability to stay on track
