This challenge is created for those interested in participating in a disciplined regimen. This style of training is mimicking how it would be if you were to prep in real life. In a very realistic way. The result of the client is purely based on consistency and dedication. You will take the time to learn your body during a 3 month/ 12 week commitment. If you are able to stick to the plan the best you can (not perfect) then you will do well. You have to demonstrate your consistency and dedication through your check-ins which are very important for me to view your progress. You will build muscle and burn fat, so the scale will not always be linear, but your pictures should show your progress. It is highly recommended you change your food on a weekly basis and not a daily basis for the best results and especially to truly learn what works and what doesn’t. Consistency is key. Too much change won’t breed results. Whether you are a client looking to gain muscle, loose body fat, or both.. your macros will be specific to your goal. Don’t focus on winning , focus on becoming the best version of YOU! This is not a weight “loss” challenge! Is it the best transformation. Keep in mind 15lbs down could look better than 30lb down depending on how you lose it! The focus is FAT loss, not weigh loss. Something you can maintain.💪🏾💚 Let’s do the BEST WE CAN!
